Why wouldn't just hire a full - time artist?
Great question! Initially, the yearly expense for hiring a senior-level artist full-time surpasses $100,000, including benefits (and it's challenging to find one readily available). Additionally, there might not always be sufficient tasks to keep them occupied consistently, resulting in paying for idle time. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to halt and restart your subscription as necessary, ensuring payment only when you have work for your designer.
Is there a restriction on the number of requests I can make?
After subscribing, you have the freedom to include as many visulization requests in your queue as you desire, and they will be fulfilled sequentially, one after another.
What is the expected turnaround time for receiving my visualizations?
Typically, the majority of requests are fulfilled within a span of only two to three days. However, more intricate requests may require additional time for completion.
It might come as a surprise, but Vision Delight operates as a solo agency. This means you'll directly collaborate with me, the founder of Vision Delight.
We recognize that you may not have a continuous stream of work throughout the entire month. Maybe you only have one or two visulization requests currently. This is where pausing your subscription becomes advantageous. Billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days before deciding to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be halted, leaving you with 10 days of service remaining, available for future use.
What types of file do you accept?
For the efficient of working flow we only accept Fbx, Sketch up, or 3D DWG.
Vision Delight provides considerable flexibility in how you can request visualizations through Trello. Clients commonly make requests directly via Trello, share Google Docs or model files, or even record brief Loom videos for those who prefer not to write out their briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's acceptable for use in the process.
No problem! We'll keep refining the work until it meets your complete satisfaction.
That's alright. Once you're done, you can pause your subscription and resume it when you have more design requirements. There's no need to let the remaining time of your subscription go unused.
As a result of the premium quality of our work, we do not provide refunds.
